In this class we’ll explore how light and shadow describe form, using the value scale to create depth and dimension. By breaking the figure into simple shapes, you’ll learn how to build drawings that feel more solid and three-dimensional. Artists may experiment "drawing light" using toned paper and white drawing tools (provided).
